ZonesCorp participates in MIMEX 2007 

 ZonesCorp participated in the exhibition of Middle East industries (MIMEX 2007) which was held in Abu Dhabi in the period 9-12 December 2007.

MIMEX Exhibition2007 was first ever session to be held. This exhibition will now be held annually in Abu Dhabi at Abu Dhabi International Exhibitions Centre.

At his opening of MMEX 2007, ZonesCorp CEO, Engineer Jaber Hareb Al Khaili said: MIMEX is a good opportunity for industry people to have a good and a clear idea about the latest industrial products, and at the same time it is a good chance for UAE industries to enter into strategic partnerships with international agents.

Director of the MIMEX organizing company (IIR Middle East) Mr. Trevor Pont said that the annual industrial growth rate in the Middle East is scoring more than 22% as there is a big new trend of manufactories and industries of: construction materials, metal products, boat building, energy industries, food industries and too many other types of industries.   

The economic boom in the Gulf Region, and the trend not to count on oil as the sole income source, has resulted in huge demand for non-oil related products and ready made materials. This in turn has led to the growth of non- oil industries. The total value of non oil industries in the Gulf region was estimated in December 2007 to be more than U$ 115billion.

The first ever UAE made car was shown in the exhibition.
