Members of the UAE Businesswomen Council on Tuesday signed a document on Tuesday reiterating full allegiance to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Sheikha Hind Bint Abdul Aziz Al Qassimi, President of the Council, during the signing ceremony which was held in celebration of the UAE's 40th National Day, expressed appreciation of Sheikh Khalifa's wise leadership of the country.
"Signing the allegiance document is in appreciation of and in gratitude for the role of our leadership in establishing justice, security, stability and prosperity which made the UAE a oasis of safety and a bridge to other cultures," she said in a press conference.
She also expressed appreciation of Sheikh Khalifa's role in driving the march of development and growth which was launched by the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
Officials of the Higher Corporation for Specialized Economic Zones (ZonesCorp), National Bank of Abu Dhabi and other companies also signed the document at the ceremony.
