  1. ICAD III covers an area of 12 sq km.

  2. ICAD III is under construction currently by adopting the PPP model.

  3. ICAD III will meet industrial investment demands. It will also provide operative support to investors & clients.

  4. According to ZonesCorp strategy, ICAD III is designed to contain clusters for comprehensive industries.

  5. Those clusters will include: chemical compounds industries, construction materials industries and engineering industries.

  6. ICAD III is already witnessing huge demand from local & international investors as large spaces have already been booked.
